Legitimate IT companies never cold-call you and ask to remotely access your machine. This is a common scam. If you receive such a call, hang up immediately.
You should be the one who downloads the tool and reads us the session ID. We never send you a link asking you to click and connect without prior agreement.
You can see everything we do on your screen during a remote session. If anything looks wrong, you can close the tool at any time to immediately end the session.
If anyone claiming to be from Small World Solutions asks you to pay using Amazon gift cards, iTunes cards, or similar — this is a scam. Call us directly to verify.
If you're unsure whether a call or request is genuine, hang up and call us back on 01443 438822 — a number you look up yourself, not one provided by the caller.
